About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Is it possible to send 30 kg from China to Tanzania and how much would it cost

if its possible can I ship more than 30 kgs, let's say 37 kgs to be exact?

Yes, but the parcel over 20kg should be sent separately. The total fee for the air mail is about CNY4153 and the fee for a surface parcel is about CNY801 apart from other charges.
