About business M type

I have a job offer from an educational institution in China to work as an English teacher, but because of the Z type visa requirements about the restrictions nationalities for the Native speaker countries they have offered me to apply for the business visa and renew it after 3 months.
Is it possible ? Or am I gonna have trouble with POLICE and IMMIGRATION department?
Is it possible to transfer the business visa to Zip type if the institution confirmed my skills?
