about business m type

Question

I have a job offer from an educational institution in China to work as an English teacher, but because of the Z type visa requirements about the restrictions nationalities for the Native speaker countries they have offered me to apply for the business visa and renew it after 3 months.Is it possible ? Or am I gonna have trouble with POLICE and IMMIGRATION department?Is it possible to transfer the business visa to Zip type if the institution confirmed my skills?Thank you in advance

Seyed, it is possible to change the business M type to work Z type, but if possible, you’d better apply for a work Z type in your home country in the first place. You should never work on a business M type. It is illegal.
