Hi, I am a Ghanaian national based in Ghana. I want to travel to Hong Kong and visit China.

Hi, I am a Ghanaian national based in Ghana. I want to travel to Hong Kong and visit China. Can I get VoA at the Chinese border?

Rich, no, you cannot get VOA. You need to apply for two separate visas for Hong Kong and China in advance.
