How to renew HK passport by mail in US?

Is anywhere or any chance I can Renew my HK passport by mail in US ? My wife going Vancouver in couple months can she renew for me ?

Hi, you cannot do that by mail because the mailed application is not accepted by the Chinese embassy or consulate.
