About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello, plan to travel to Beijing from Incheon on Thursday and then to Hong Kong on Saturday

and from Hong Kong back to Incheon on Monday. My question is can I buy a separate ticket from INC to PEK and another from PEK to HKG and another from HKG to INC? Thank you.
