About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

My Hotel advertises Free Airport Shuttle - is that correct or do I still need HK Airport Express?

As I know, you still need the Airport Express ticket to enjoy the free service. They adverties that in order to tell the guests that the free shuttle bus may have a stop right in your hotel.
