Question

Sorry I did not specify but I am considering travel to moscow from beijing  food options?what are the food options on this train,euro Chinese etc. it has a restaurant but what are the other options it is a long way to go.I have traveled the indian pacific the ghan next food is great but too much who can eat breakfast lunch and dinner whilst being so inactive?

When running in China, the dinner carriage is offered by Chinese railway and offer Chinese food, when it enter Mongolia, it will be offered by Mongolian railway.... You can also take food of your own on the way as it is a long trip. Also, in some stations like Erlian and Ulaanbaatar, you can also buy some food at the station.
