international connection at hangzhou airport

Question

I have a 1 hour 10 minute connection from United to Air Asia X. We are flying in from HKG and flying to Chiang Mai. Both are international flights. Is this a reasonable connection time? Will we avoid immigration?? Thanks.

Generally, you need to prepare at least 2 hours for the international to international transfer. If you hold the connecting flight ticket, then you don’t need to worry and your airline company will make this transfer happen. If you book the flight tickets separately, then you are advised to change your plan. You may not avoid the immigration.
