Bus Schedule from Jiuhuang Airport

I am arriving at Jiuhuang airport from chendgu at 20:00 in the evening. Are there any buses to the park area hotels at that time?

If not how much will a taxi be? I am heading to Friendly Hostel which I believe is near the Park Entrance maybe 15 mins walk away.

I am a single traveller planning to do the park the next day.

Also, how to get to Huanglong park on day 3 and back to the hostel?
