About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

in few day i will get invitation letter from china universty i am out of country

i live in other country as refugees my brother live i kabul .can i sent my document him can he apply and submit my document for x2 visa .

khan, you cannot do that if you are not in your home country. You are advised to make the application in the country where you currently reside.

Sir I am apply where I live.but in which i live they can't give police clearance certificate .thats why I afraid they can rejected me.
