About:Chinese Calligraphy Gallery

I am a Chinese passport holder

and just moved to Adelaide, South Australia from the Philippines this year and my passport is expiring in May 15, 2018. I would like to seek guide on how I can apply for passport renewal? What form to fill out? where to submit? And If it has to be done in person or can it be done via mail? I have been researching online but could not find any clear instructions and could not locate the passport renewal form. Help pls. Thank you

Kristina, the first step is to prepare the relevant documents including 2 passport-style photos, your passport and copy of its data page, residence permit in Australia, a fully completed application form for passport renewal. And then submit the application to the consulate general to apply for the renewal. You can download the form from the official website of the embassy of China in Australia.
You need to do that on your own. No mailed service is provided.

And do I need schedule an appointment for passport renewal? If so do I set the appointment online or call then to schedule? or can I do walk in? Thank you in advance.

Kristina, if you live in Adelaide, you should renew it at the consulate general of China in Adelaide.
You don’t need to make an appointment if you apply in Adelaide. You can just go there to submit the application.
