About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Visa length and letter of invitation

I am travelling to China and have a letter of invitation from the company that concludes on the 5th August. I will only be there for 2 weeks and would like to stay in China for a couple of days after that though until the 7th. Does the embassy conclude your visa on the date included on the letter of invitation?
Thanks!
Chloe

Chloe, no, it isn’t. Usually, the duration of stay of a business M type will be 30 days, and you can also state the actual days you need on the application form. In this case, you can get what you want.
