About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

Can we apply for tourist L type via mail and can we have it returned to is via mail?

How much does the visa cost? We live in Delaware and will be in China for 10 days.

Joan, the application will cost you USD140, and there is no mailing service, so you cannot do that. You can go to China embassy in person to submit the application or find someone else to do that on your behalf.
