i have a client traveling to Shanghai from Hawaii.

My client will be departing Hawaii and will arrive in Shanghai, and then he will depart less than 72 hours on a cruise. He will make port stops in Taiwan, Philippines and Viet Nam and then will arrive in Hong Kong where he will disembark and then fly back home to Hawaii. Which free transit Visa will he qualify for?
