Mongolia Visa for Spanish citizen working in Guangzhou (visa Z)

Hi, do you know where can I apply for a Mongolia tourist visa? In Guangzhou, I mean, if possible. Thanks a lot!

Hi, Juan, I'm afraid you need to apply for it from Mongolia embassy in Beijing. There is no office in Guangzhou.

Hello,
From what I understand, if I live in China, I can only apply for a mongolian visa in Beijing or Shanghai, right?
I would like to know if it is possible to do it by "letter"? => what I mean is, I send my passport to the mongolian embassy in Beijing, with my visa application, and once it is done, they send me back my passport.
Or I MUST apply face to face?
If one of my friend is going instead of me, would it work?

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I've read in some blogs that it is also possible to apply before the Russian Consulate. Do you know if it is really possible? Thanks a lot.
