I'm from UAE, going to seoul for 15 days. we'd like to visit Guangzhou for 6 days in our way back

I'm from UAE, traveling with my family to Seoul, Korea for 15 days for tourism
we would like to travel from Seoul to Guangzhou and stay 6 days in Guangzhou then travel to Dubai

are we eligible for the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangzhou ?

No, because the 144-hour transit has not been implemented yet.
