The location of an accommodation

Hello, I'm booking a hotel and I have no idea where to stay.
I'll visit Penglai Pavilion, Yangma Island, Taishan scenic park, Nanhong st night market, Golden beach, and so on.
I don't want to waste my time in transportations too much. And I wonder if it's a good choice to book a hotel in Zhifu.
