About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

china tourist visa from Ho Chi Minh Vietnam

im from pakistan and working in Dubai. im holding a temporary residence card of Vietnam as im a partner with a vietnamese company, can i get visit L type for china when im in Vietnam? i want to go China for medical treatment for two week.
