(1) Do I have to already have purchased my air tickets before I can apply/receive the visa?
(2) my hotel etc. is arranged by the Conference (in Suzhou) that invited me. But I will stay in
Shanghai for 3 days after the Conference. Do I have to "document" hotels, etc, in advance?
