About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My wife and I have one way tickets from Guam to Shanghai (PVG)

and wanna stay there for just a couple of days for Disneyland. We have a separate ticket out of PVG to Nartia, Japan. Do we qualify for the transit visa?
