Can I get a train at S3 Fuqiao station to Nanjing Airport at 6am?

Sorry to tell you that metro line S3 doesn't serve the public now. The Fuqiao Station you mentioned is on the line 3. However, according to the timetable on the official website, the opening hours of Fuqiao Station is around 06:30 to 23:30. Thus, just take a taxi to the airport directly in that early morning. :)1
