About:China Tourist Visa

My student visa is expiring on the 20th July.

My University is not ready to extend my X type for a month so I can prepare to leave
They suggest tourist L type
What documents should i make available for a tourist L type. Currently I'm in wuhan.

You need to provide passport, the application form, a bareheaded color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, the return ticket and accommodation arrangement. Next, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to convert the X type to a tourist L type.

My return ticket is not yet available. Can I include other documents without it.
Because I came with a one-way ticket?

If you can provide an invitation letter, you may not need to provide the return ticket.
