About:China Visa

Do I need a Hong Kong Visa when I already have a Chinese entry permit?

I plan to visit my boyfriend for 10 days. I am from the United States, he is from Shenzhen China, but he wants me to fly to the Hong Kong airport because it is safer. I already have a Chinese visa that is good until 2025. I want to go to visit his family. What documents and entry permit do I need?
Thank you!

Katelynn, you don’t need to apply for a HK visa if you go there for not exceeding 90 days. You need to prepare your passport, the return/onward ticket and enough travel fees for that.
