Transit in China with Passport lower than 6 months validity

Inseptember ,Will transit in Shanghai, for Tokyo for a few hours (not even out from airport) for the next flight. Unfortunately my passport expires in december that it doesn't have 6 months when I will be in China. Again I won't be out of the airport but will transit. Would I be in trouble? Or would be okay since it is just transit. ...

I don’t think it will be in trouble. Usually, when you apply for a visa, it is required that your passport must have a remaining validity of at least 6 months. It doesn’t matter if you just transit.
