Q visa for me and my son

Hello, thank you much for the kind help you provide us with!
Do you think it's possible to get a Q type for me and my son, who is 6 months old (my husband is Chinese, but is not my son's official father)

Alexandra, if you two are officially married, then your son can apply for a Q type for China.
