Trade fair research visit in China and then family visit in HK for few days then back to China again

Hi I have a British passport but unsure which type and what visa to apply for?

I will be flying to Guangzhou for a trade fair to research for and meet new suppliers at the fair but then I will be traveling into Hong Kong for a few days to visit family before heading back to Guangzhou for more research and shopping before flying back to UK
