Hii im coming from hongkong via hongkong airlines

and will be landing on terminal 2 at PEK beijing i will then have to change my terminal to t-3 for my next flight S7 TO VLADIVOSTOK (russia) which is after 3hrs:10 mins will i need a transit visa ?! Note i will be changing terminals and will have to collect my bags and re check in again
