How to get tourist letter from Chinese bureau

I am sri lankan and I am travelling with family to china for the first time. I was wondering how to get this letter from the Chinese government required for visa application. Also, can the hotel assist with this? Thank you

Cam, you are advised to find an agency to help you get that letter. I’m afraid the hotel cannot get that for you.
