how much do i pay to renew my Ghanaian passport in Beijing?

Hello sir, im a Ghanaian studying in Shenyang,my passport is due for expiration on 8th January 2017. do i have to come to the embassy in person or i have to apply online. And how much do i need to pay to renew my passport here in china so that i can prepare ahead of time to avoid any inconveniences. Thank you
