I visited Taipei last April but I feel that 3 days is not enough so I'm planing to go back in Nov.

Should I bring an umbrella/raincoat? Will one sweater/jacket be enough for the cold?

Well, it will be cloudy and rainy at that time, and the temperature will range from 73F to 82F. The weather will be comfortable. Sweater/jacket can be enough. Have a good time!
