Applying for a Z visa while travelling

Hi, I would like to apply for a Z type for China but I am travelling at the moment. Is it possible to submit my application if I don't have residency in the country I apply from?
Thank you

Sarah, it is possible in some countries. You can give it a try, but if it cannot work, you need to apply in your home country.
