Hi can me and my son get a Q1 visa going to china? His father is chinese but we're not yet married,

Hi can me and my son get a Q1 type going to china? His father is chinese but we're not yet married, we're intended to marry as soon as i'm there. Please reply thanks!

Hi, it's possible for your son to get Q1 visa, but you cannot because you're not yet married. You can apply for a tourist L type to get married in China, then, you can try to convert it into a Q1 type within China.

Thanks! But can me and my son apply together even if we're applying different type of visa? my son is only 1 year old.
