what's the best date and time in moving a new house in July, 2017?

Birthdays: mine is July 8, 1983
husband is May 14, 1980,1st Son is Feb 21, 2004, 2nd son is March 7, 2006, 3rd Son is July 13, 2011 and 4th Son is Oct 31, 2016.
