We are planning to visit Hong Kong 19-23 Oct 17, what are the possibility of rain and showers?

Well, it will be rainy during that time at a percent of more than 80%. The temperature will be 75F to 85F. You are advised to prepare jackets, long-sleeved shirts, jeans and sneakers. Remember to bring the rain gear. :)
