About:China Visa Application Requirements

Hi, I am divorced from my son's father and we are not in contact with him.

My 17 year old son needs a visa for our trip but it sounds like I need to get his father's permission. Can I still apply? Thanks, Sarah

If you have your son’s full custody, then you can apply and you don’t need provide a consent letter of your husband.
