About:China Customs Declaration

Jewelry bequeathed to my son’s Chinese wife.

Before she died, my wife directed me to bring a number of her pearl necklaces to our daughter-in-law in China. I will visit them this month.
What Customs Declaration do I need to make regarding these necklaces?

Upon landing, report them to customs. If it is for personal use and the quantity is not too big, they will just let you go. If not, pay the tax and then you can bring them into China.
