About:China Visa on Arrival

I am a hk permanent ID card holder born in Hong Kong.

But I am a nepalese person .I want to visit Shenzhen for a day . Is it possible I can get a voa in lowu? I hold a nepalese passport. I'm currently residing in hong kong.

Alisa, you cannot get the Shenzhen VOA. You need to apply for a visa before your departure.

But my friend went to shenzhen and got voa , she holds the same passport as mine.
