About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit waivers for Chengdu

I will be flying into Chengdu CTU with an international flight through Shanghai PVG and continuing to Singapore SIN via Guangzhou CAN. It's USA-PVG-CTU, rest 2 nights, CTU-CAN-SIN. Will the 2 night stay in CTU be eligible for the 72 hour visa free visit?
