About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hello, I recently quit my job. My last day is June 30th. I plan on leaving July 3.

I have a oneway ticket to JFk. Furthermore, my Visa will expire July 10th. My company wants me to relinquish my passport and FEC for cancellation. However, I do not have the time for that and will leave. What are the consequences for that?

Nina, if you still want to work in China in the future, you need to cancel your FEC. It is easy to be done.
