About:China Visa Application in USA

So a US citizen living in hawaii would be visa fees 140 + 140 for your service?

Do you also do South Korean citizens living in Hawaii with Green Card? would that be visa fees 90 + 140 for your service?

If you make the application from the consulate in Los Angeles, you need to pay USD140 per person for the application, and the South Korean citizen usually should pay USD30 per person for the application.
