About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Could you state the requirements for family (S1/S2) visa?

i.e. what documents are needed for application and how much dollars is to be paid?

You should prepare your passport and its copy, the application form, 1 passport-style photo, notarized medical examination record and its copy, invitation letter, and copies of inviter's passport and Chinese residence permit, relationship certificate and the copy, bank statement. Usually, you need to pay USD50 for the application.
