About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I want to book a trip to Shanghai on a 144hr visa

however the flight has a 17 hour layover in Shenzhen before flying direct to the US (all within the 144 hr time frame) will this create any issues with immigration?

It´ll create a huge issue as the 144h twov doesn´t work with this schedule as Shenzhen is not a part of either Jiangsu, Zhejiang or Shanghai.
