I'm Joseph, from Philippines. I was born on August 08, 1983.

I just want to asked in which month is the best month to start construction for a new house? Is it possible to start by August 2017 If its possible in which day is the best day to start the construction?

Yes, you can build a new house in August, 2017. The best dates are Aug. 1st, Aug. 14th, Aug. 17th and Aug. 29th.
