hi. can a philippine passport holder apply for a 5-day visa on arrival in luohu? Thanks

Philippine passport holder may apply for the VOA in Shenzhen showing passports with proof that they have been issued Chinese visa before by embassies. You are suggested to go to your local Chinese embassy for more information.
