How can I get there? Also is there any attraction near by so that I can visit them?

You can take a train from Wuhan Railway Station to PJ Railway Station. Upon arrival, you may need to take a taxi to the Red Beach. Yueyawan Wetland park is only about 4 kilometers from the beach.
