asking a right time to build a house?

I and my husband planning to build a house for us.we planned this 1st of july.is it a right time? my birthday is august 9,1980. my husbaand is november 20, 1965.pls guide us.

Well,I would recommend August 8,18 or 28 because one of your lucky numbers is the same which is 8.
