Hi, I - Dutch citizen - am still confused about the 144 hours transit visa.

Visa application center says I should be eligible for one, but info on these pages suggest I am not. My itinerary will be as follows: Airline A, Amsterdam, short stop in Vienna, Bangkok. Same day airline B to Siem Reap. 2 Weeks later airline C Phnom Penh to Shanghai Pudong; 4 days later airline A from Shanghai Pudong via short stop in Vienna to Amsterdam. So routes Amsterdam-Vienna-Bangkok and Shanghai-Vienna-Amsterdam are on the same ticket. Do I qualify for the 6-day-transait visa?

Yes, Sander, you are eligible for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. There is no need to apply for a visa to enter China.
