I am Ma Wint, female Dragon born on 5 January 1977 @2:20pm, Monywa Myanmar.

Thank you, Mr Henry. I would like to know when I should start. Since July, next month, in the monthly astrology doesn't seems good to start, should I start in August or I could go ahead and start anytime this year?
