My intended stay (5 months), but only granted M visa 30days max stay, double entry.

I enter Beijing on 25May17 with M type (30days duration each stay,double entry).
But i want to stay until 28oct17.
I can exit and enter again in June to cover stay up to July.
Then can I renew locally for M type 90 days to cover my stay up to 28 October?
