my passport is expiring by november can i apply for a business visa?

Good day,I want to apply for a business M type, my visit is schedule to last for a week(3rd - 10th of July) but my International Passport will expire in November hope it wont be a problem.Do I need any letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a non-criminal conviction certificate from Nigeria Police for my appointment/interview?I will appreciate if you can list out what I will be needing for my business M type to China.Best regards,Helen

Hi, you can apply business M type for China, and you may not need to provide the letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a non-criminal certificate.You should prepare your passport (valid for six months or above)and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your Chinese business partner.
